Bread and Salt

Quite a big of crowd was attending Katy Beinard's performance at Barracks Lane Garden. People were following the map to find the 'hidden plant' in the garden in the Origination installation. But it was even more interesting to follow Katy's performance about the culture of bread. 

The bread culture that Katy used was already widely travelled. It had went even to South Africa. You could take a swallow of it, or - like me - just enjoy the nice sourdough bread baked in the oven at Barracks Garden.
