My work is deeply influenced by Asian animation fantasy, sci-fi, and pop culture. By the making of plant models and dissections, I am creating a botanical/ biological world in which the distinction between science and fiction, reality and fantasy is vague and hybridized. The colorful appearance in my works implies the seeking of happiness in this technological world.
